2. Digital Products & Service Scope
PhotoSeries specializes in AI SEO tools, OTT streaming passes, and website subscriptions, and digital entertainment bundles.
- All items sold are digital product codes, game activations, or authorized subscription access. No physical media (CD/DVD) will be shipped.
- Digital delivery is completed instantly via WhatsApp or direct message after payment verification.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their PC meets minimum system hardware requirements prior to purchasing.
3. Payments & Order Processing
We accept payment through UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM) and supported digital payment options in Indian Rupees (INR).
- All prices listed on app.photoseries.in are inclusive of applicable service costs.
- Orders are processed immediately upon receipt of valid payment confirmation.

4. Product License & Genuine Guarantee
PhotoSeries guarantees that all digital keys and subscriptions offered are 100% genuine, legal, and verified for activation in India and supported regions.
- Keys must be redeemed promptly following delivery guidelines provided by PhotoSeries.
- Attempting to resell or misuse keys in violation of platform rules (e.g., Steam, Xbox) is prohibited.
5. Account & User Conduct
When creating an account on PhotoSeries via Google Sign-In, you agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials. Misuse, fraud, or abusive behavior toward our support staff will result in immediate service termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
PhotoSeries is not liable for indirect damages, loss of game data, platform account suspensions caused by third-party software, or hardware incompatibility. Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
